The WBCHSE informs all Heads of Institutions (HOIs) and students that specific enrolment and examination fees must be deposited for H.S. Examinations 2026. The notification continues earlier memos and details the fee structure for different categories of students.

1. Semester-IV Examination (2026)

Enrolment/Exam Fee: ₹155

Form Processing Fee: ₹30

Convenience Fee: ₹30

Total Fees: ₹215

Centre Grant: ₹25

Net Fee to Council: ₹190

2. Supplementary Examination (Semester III)

Fee: ₹50 per paper (max ₹215)

No processing or convenience fee

Centre Grant: ₹25

Net Fee to Council: depends on number of papers (max ₹190)

3. H.S. Examination under Old System

Lab-based (Regular & CC): Total ₹225 (Net to Council: ₹199)

Non-Lab-based (Regular & CC): Total ₹215 (Net to Council: ₹189)

Special Candidate: Total ₹155 (Net to Council: ₹129)

₹1 deducted for clearance of Old-System exam (to be retained by schools).

4. Additional Notes

Late fine per student: ₹150, if applicable.

Condonation fee for shortage of attendance: ₹150 (Semester IV and Regular students under Old System).

Centre Fee of ₹25 per candidate must be deposited to the Centre Secretary before the examinations.
