Ingredients used:
1.2 kg turkey meat cut into bite-size
4 tablespoon oil
2 medium onions diced
2 celery sticks diced
4 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
500 ml vegetable stock
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 bay leaves
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
12 small salad potatoes halved
3 medium carrots diced.
