Ingredients:
• 500gr. - Pork Ribs
• 200gr - Potato
• 2 - White Onion
• 2- Carrots
• 500gr. - Red Beetroot
• 1- whole garlic
• 1- White Cabbage
• 1-2 - Red Pepper
• 150gr. - Red Beans ( if you like)
• Parsley
• Dill
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 1- cube of chicken broth
• 2-3 - Tablespoons of vinegar
