Materials I used in this demonstration:
18”x24” Deep Edge Gallery Wrapped Canvas
Artist Loft Flow: White
Golden Fluids: Iridescent Gold, Interference Gold, Prussian Blue
Amsterdam: Sky Blue Light, Titanium White
Liquitex Gloss Medium
Behr Premium Plus Satin Enamel House Paint -White
Golden GAC 800
Flood Floetrol (US)

Base Paint:
3 parts Flood Floetrol
2 parts Artist Loft Flow White
1 part Golden GAC 800
1/2 part Liquitex Gloss Medium
2 parts Behr Satin Enamels
Water to thin- (approximately 2 parts)

Other Paints:
1/2 part paint
3 parts PM
(PM= 50% Floetrol 50% Golden GAC 800)

No silicone used for cells. It was all the layering of the paints that made those cool effects.
