A fleet of war-torn alien ships arrives in the Sol System—damaged, desperate, and bearing technology that could rebuild worlds… or erase them. The Tahrin claim they are refugees seeking sanctuary, offering humanity weapons, science, and history in return. But whispers in the shadows tell another story: that they are fugitives fleeing a relentless enemy—the Khor—who accuse them of cosmic cruelty.

As the United Earth Coalition debates the morality, the politics, and the danger of harboring the Tahrin, deep-space sensors detect something terrifying. The Khor are coming… and they will not stop until the fugitives are destroyed, even if it means burning Earth to ash.

Caught between moral duty and survival, humanity faces an impossible choice. Should they stand with the hunted, risking annihilation? Or turn them away, betraying the ideals that built the stars under human command?

This is a story of first contact, moral cost, and the politics of help, where human ingenuity, determination, and unity will be tested against the crushing weight of interstellar war.
