Masala Corn chat is a simple spicy chaat recipe that is mainly prepared with sweet corn kernels. This recipe serves as a wonderful snack item if you have unexpected guests at home, So let's see how to prepare masala corn chaat

Things that you need:
Corn kernels: 3 cups
Maida/ All purpose flour: 1/3 cup
Corn flour: ¼ cup
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Salt and Rock salt: as per taste
Onion: 1 chopped
Coriander: 3 tbsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Oil for frying

How to prepare:
• Take water in a pan and add 1 tsp of salt and add the corn kernels. Cook for 10 mins till the corns are done.
• Now we will strain the corn and let it cool for some time. Once this is done we will now add the dry ingredients.
• Add maida, corn flour, red chilli powder and salt as per taste and mix well.
• You can make it more spicy if you want, but I have added less chilli powder as I will serve it to kids as well.
• Add little water and mix so that the dry ingredients stick to the corn.
• Heat sufficient oil and fry the corns in batches.
• Fry in medium heat till crispy and remove from oil once completely done.
• Now we will prepare the chaat. Add chopped onions, green chilli, chopped coriander, rock salt and 1 tsp of chaat masala and mix all the ingredients well.
• Your corn chaat is ready to serve.
