cookie flour 100g, baking powder 1g, sugar 70g (+ more), butter 75g, yolk 42g, vanilla oil, nutmeg power 1tsp

1. beat the butter until soft
2. add sugar, mix, add egg yolk and vanilla oil, mix
3. add flour, baking powder, nut meg powder, mix
4. roll the dough into balls, then cover it with sugar
5. arrange cookies on the oven pan
6. put it in 180 C degree pre-heated oven, bake about 10 min.
