Fancy Margaret (Bitters Version) is a dark‑country reimagining of one of my older poems and songs. The original release lived in an EDM world — bright, pulsing, electric — but it never truly felt like the song’s home. This version brings it back to its bones.

Set against moody blue‑green tones, shifting sparkles, and the slow fizz of bar‑side alchemy, the video leans into the poem’s stormy heart: bitters, bruises, transformation, and the quiet defiance that survives the wreckage. The comic‑book texture adds a hand‑drawn, mythic edge, turning each frame into a panel from a darker folktale.
