Nebula Block of the Month Background - Part 1 of 2, Cutting & Sewing Background Blocks

The Month 10 background tutorial is a 2 part series. Today we have the first tutorial, which features Julie cutting & sewing the background blocks. On Tuesday, October 12, we'll post the second tutorial, which will feature Julie sewing the quilt top sections + the quilt top.
