I used Faber Castell waterproof fine liner pens, and a permanent Sharpie for the linework.
The linework creates nearly all the scene here, with minimal painting using Cotman raw and burnt sienna, paynes grey, indigo and prussian blue. My board is at an angle of about 45 degrees tilt.
