In Week 5 I started weight bearing as tolerated (WBAT), which meant much better mobility around the apartment and everyday life. I still took my crutches with me when leaving the home, but over time they because less and less necessary.
Exercises started to include standing and toe scrunches, as well as adding weight to heel raises.
