What sets Chris apart is his knowledge of the Center City market. Having attended Drexel University in Philly, Chris has been in the city for over two decades. Many agents live in the suburbs and try to practice real estate in the city. It just doesn't work. You've got to live here to really know the heartbeat of the city. You've got to know the neighborhoods, blocks, and buildings well.

Chris has lived all over Philadelphia, including: West Philly, University City, South Philly, Rittenhouse Square and now resides in Fitler Square. Chris is happily married with two children ages 13 and 6. Chris is very active and into fitness and enjoying the outdoors and can often be found on the Schuylkill River Trail enjoying the sun, breeze and views!
