What’s it really like to be a billionaire in Vietnam? 99M-plus inhabitants. 6 billionaires. What sets them apart? How did capitalists succeed in such a notoriously communist country? These Russian educated champions of industry keep low profiles, so finding out their vices isn’t easy, but with a little digging, we found out a few secrets.

Phạm Nhật Vượng is worth 7.5B in 2022, and has four cars (that we know of). For comparison. comedian Jay Leno is worth 450M and has 181 exotic cars and 160 motorcycles valued at an estimated 52M. It isn’t quite fair to compare entertainers to businessmen, as money is a means for attention for a comedian, whereas it's a means for more money for a business person.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao is a 2.8B dollar woman, and like Rah Digga of Busta Rhymes’ Flipmode Squad or Remi Ma of Fat Joe’s Terror Squad, she’s the only female in this uber elite gang of ballers. She sings in Russian, throws killer parties, and gets driven in a Range Rover. Oh yeah, and has a college named after her at Oxford. Only cost her 210M.
