I tried this recipe during the weekend and it's one of the easiest and tastiest recipe I've ever tried.
180 grams white chocolate
125 grams butter
3 eggs
70 grams icing sugar
50 grams plain flour
100 grams grated coconut
You will need extra coconut, icing sugar and Nutella for decorating
Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius. Butter and flour the mould. In a bowl, melt the butter and chocolate. Mix well and keep aside. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and icing sugar. Mix well on high speed until it doubles in size. Gently pour the chocolate and butter mixture in the egg/sugar preparation. Mix well. Fold in the flour. Next, add the coconut and mix well. Transfer to the mould and bake for around 18 minutes. Leave to cool on a cooling rack. Cut into squares. Sprinkle the icing sugar. Decorate using Nutella and grated coconut.
