Among the songs we will be learning at my upcoming “Springdans” mountain dulcimer workshop (April 28) is this beautiful folk dance from Norway, “Springdans fra Vestfold.” A “springdans” is a kind of running or “springing” dance, but I also like to think of it as a song for the springtime.
