Building an ITEM BAR for my 2D RPG

Welcome to another devlog for Dauphin! In this episode I start the process of overhauling my combat system by adding an "Item Bar". This HUD component, commonly found in RPG's, allows for players to quickly swap between usable items in their inventory using the scroll-wheel or hotkeys. Hope you enjoy!
