Spotting during the open ramp day at Hobby Airport's 1940 Air Terminal Museum. The museum holds open ramp events the 3rd Saturday of every month and special events every 3 months!
This time they granted access to the ramp with excellent views for take offs and landings. Definitely a busy morning at Hobby airport (KHOU).
The closest active runway to the museum is 13R-31L which will get you really close to the action.

Last year they held a "Win-a-Plane" fundraiser where people could purchase tickets to win a plane! and they are planning on doing something similar later this year!
