I find a new use for the vintage suitcase I've bought in Stockholm, Mochi celebrates spring by playing with her ball in her favorite field, we satisfy our sweet tooth by going to a bakery, we cook Peanut ginger sauce pasta/ udon for dinner.

Pasta with peanut ginger sauce
Cut 300 grams of broccoli into florets
Cut roughly half a cabbage into thin slices
For the sauce- Blend all the ingredients together
Roughly 100 g of peanut butter
1 clove of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar or regular vinegar
2 teaspoons of honey
Salt + pepper
Boil the pasta. In the last two minutes, add the broccoli and cabbage. Drain, and add the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of lime (optional)
