I drove through Oil City, Pa at night and here's what I saw. As many oil companies have left the area, and with natural disasters from long ago, this area has been in decline quite badly. Hard to get a good job, not many amenities around, and unemployment is higher than the National Average. However, its still a rather unique and interesting place to visit, there are still some nice spots around. Let's check it out.
