Holy Kelvin is an enigmatic musical figure, an artist of the late 1960s and early 1970s who attracted attention for his spiritual journeys. Holy Kelvin's album “From Being to Nothingness” is a masterpiece, recorded in 1968 in the depths of a spiritual and musical quest in the midst of hardship. The album is a combination of psychedelic acid rock and mystical folk elements, in the spirit of the counterculture of the time, while bearing the traces of the artist's philosophical and spiritual journey. Although Holy Kelvin released this album with financial difficulties and the various challenges faced by independent music producers, the album soon became a cult classic

1. I Am Someone Else
The album opens with “I Am Someone Else”. This track deals with a young soul's existential crisis and search for identity. Holy Kelvin reflects the dramatic, neurotic and psychotic thoughts of a teenager on the verge of an inner conflict. In the lyrics, this journey into the depths of the subconscious inevitably confronts existential emptiness.

2. Who the Muck is OSHO?
The second track, “Who the Muck is OSHO?”, ironically and humorously deals with Holy Kelvin's spiritual experiences in India, especially his encounter with OSHO. The song is a sarcastic commentary on OSHO's provocative personality and the depth of his spiritual teachings.

3. Limitless Sensory Dreams (LSD)
“Limitless Sensory Dreams” is about the artist's first LSD experience. The title of the track represents LSD with its initials, and throughout the song, the transformation of the artist's subconscious and the opening of different doors of perception. This long piece is composed of four sections, with each section dealing with a different psychedelic phase: Ascension, hallucinations, fear, and finally a unifying epiphany. Holy Kelvin successfully conveys the complexity of a mind under the influence of LSD through the use of intricate rhythms and improvisations on the instruments.

4. The Last Mushroom
The fourth track, “The Last Mushroom”, reflects the artist's experience of the magic mushroom. This song deals with the integration with nature, discovering the depth of existence and a mystical state of unity. 5. RUMI is My Teacher

“Divinity Meeting Transcendence” is a song of death and rebirth, describing the ayahuasca rituals the artist experienced in Peru.

8. Shiva the Dance King
“Shiva the Dance King”, one of the most energetic tracks on the album, describes a psychedelic experience at a GOA festival in India.

9. Zero Effort Nirvana (ZEN)
This track is about the artist's time in a Zen monastery in Japan. The lyrics are full of koans and paradoxes that reflect the essence of Zen.

10. I Am Nothingness
The album's closing track “I Am Nothingness” was written after the artist realized that he was nothingness after all the spiritual and mystical experiences he had gone through.
