The new Voortman V310 CNC plasma cutting and drilling machine means all known advanced technologies of our current range, plus extra additions. Equipped with a drill spindle, the V310 meets diversity and flexibility in processing where cutting, drilling and marking are carried out in one process list. Holes up to 40mm can be carbide drilled with the SK40 drill spindle.
A heavy steel bridge ensures a higher allowable feed rate and provides extended consumable life with minimal vibration during drilling operations. The tool changer moves along with the bridge which ensures instant tool changes up to 10 tools with minimum increase of production time.
The Voortman V310 uses the fastest height control in the market which technique has proven itself on the V304 and V302. Combined with the reduced cut-to-cut cycle time of our Instant Cut Technology, you are able to gain a 30% processing time improvement for each product.
When processing thick material, the V310 uses a revolutionary oxy-fuel torch. This new torch equips standard GCE nozzles and can be easily exchanged with a bayonet mount for minimum downtime. The ignition and automatic height control systems are integrated within the torch, creating one solid torch that aides the operator’s responsibilities.
