Bu videoda Amerika'daki evimizde ilk defa yaptığımız ve çok özlediğimiz dolma biber yapıyoruz. Farklı çeşitlerde ve buraya özgü dolmalık biberler kullandık. Burdaki biberler daha kalın olsa da Türkiye'de alışık olduğumuz yeşil dolmalık biberlerle hemen hemen aynı sürede pişti. Aynı lezzette olmasa da tadını çok beğendik çok özlemişiz.
In this video, we’re making stuffed peppers at our home in the US for the first time, a dish we’ve missed so much. We used different varieties of peppers that are common here. Although these peppers are thicker, they cooked in almost the same time as the green bell peppers we’re used to in Turkey. Even though the taste wasn’t exactly the same, we really enjoyed it and realized how much we’d missed it.
