My brother in law has Down Syndrome and some heart issues. He is in good health and gets around fine, but when my wife took him on a trip to Disney World he did require a wheel chair as he does struggle a bit with long distance walking. The Paiseec 3-in-1 Electric Wheel Chair W3 is great as a power wheel chair, but can also be used as a power transfer chair, and even a power rollator. When there are tight spaces that are more difficult to navigate the transfer option can be used and if you want to get up and walk the power rollator provides more stability on inclines and through all types of terrain like grass, dirt, and gravel. In transfer mode my 6 year old daughter was able to easily push me around and I weigh about 200lbs.

I also didn't mention in the video that this has a load capacity of 265lbs which is suitable for most adults.
The joystick can be used on either the right or left side so this works great whether you are right or left handed.
This is airplane approved which is perfect for family travel.
