Red Faction Segmented Speedrun - Impossible Difficulty -

Technical details:
This run sets a new world record for a segmented speedrun of Red Faction (PC Legacy Client) on Impossible difficulty with an improvement of about 3 minutes and 24 seconds.
Segmentation was performed using the built-in quicksave/quickload functionality.
Because Red Faction has no demo functionality, all segments had to be recorded as videos, which occasionally makes for some visual inconsistencies.
All in-game music was added in editing to eliminate music cut offs when segmenting. I used music from the HD music pack TJ_ for this: https://www.factionfiles.com/ff.php?a...
This run was performed using Pure Faction (3.0e), which is deprecated and now considered a legacy client. This is the last run I plan to perform using this deprecated client. My future runs will be using the defacto standard client Dash Faction.
Total segment count for the run came in at 1,192 - over 700 of which are less than 1 second long.
