In this video we give an easy-to-follow tutorial on how to adjust your Refine Color printer so that your starting point is in the lower right corner of the bed. This helps ensure proper alignment for your prints, enables the repeated use of different jigs, and helps maximize your printable area.
We explain your X-axis, Y-axis, how to adjust them properly in your RIP software, which direction your object will move based on increasing or decreasing your numbers, micro-adjustments, how to save your adjustments, and even show the end result with a perfectly aligned finished print.
We’re using a Refine Color 6090 UV Printer but these techniques are applicable to other Refine Color printers using the RIP software.
Be sure to take a photo of your final settings or record them in a log book that you keep with your printer so they can always be easily reset if needed.
