This gives an outstanding option for businesses seeking to employ graduates without the primary burden of sponsorship.

On 4 March 2021 the UK Visas and Immigration confirmed that the new graduate route will open for applications on 1 July 2021. This visa, while very much alike to its predecessor the Post Study Worker visa, is intended to allow the UK to keep the brightest and best international students to carry on contributing to society and the economy after their studies.

International students must have finished an entitled course at a UK higher education provider, with a track record of compliance with the UKVI's immigration obligations. The international students will be required to complete a degree at undergraduate level or above in the UK.
