Today's pick of the day is a bit more expansive than normal - starting with an incredible 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard which some of you may have seen before ( • "Pick of the Day" - 1959 Gibson Les Paul S... ), we're handing it off to our friend Aaron Hiebert to run through two very different amps! For a clean sound out of a small combo, we're using a 1966 Fender Pro Reverb, and for the high gain sound we've pulled out a 1974 Marshall 1959 JMP Super Lead 100w head and 1966 Marshall cabinet - neither of which should disappoint. The Marshall is cranked and we're taming it to levels that won't cause your ears to bleed using the included THD Hot Plate attenuator (a blessing for any tube amp player from small combos to big stacks!).
