This is a live extraction demo on an open source steel closed loop extractor. In this episode, we go over the process of using nitrogen gas for a pressure assist. This allows us to chill our solvent tank to extremely cold temperatures to pull minimal fats, while still allowing enough pressure differential to move solvent throughout the system.
