Hello everyone. I am here with my bike renovation project. In this project, I am trying to make an electric motorcycle with the appearance of a "Dirt Bike". Since it is a long and laborious project, I am sharing it with you step by step. In the previous videos, I renewed the bike rims and wheels. I installed compatible hubs for the disc brake and adjusted the spokes. In the next video, I changed the front fork to "Downhill Fork". Thus, I achieved the motorcycle appearance. Since I could not find a 25 mm diameter chrome-plated solid pipe, I did this extension process using a different method. I shared this with you in detail in my previous video.
Then I prepared the chassis. For this, I used the parts of the old bike and some metal pipes and box profiles. I also completed the rear fork construction, seat section and shock absorber addition.
I installed a large 12-volt LED headlight on the front of the bike. I added it to a body and got a nice look. I also added a powerful 12-volt horn.
In this video, I made a dirt bike front fender. For this, I transformed a used PVC water gutter into a sheet. It became a completely handmade mudguard.
In this video, I completed the hood part using plastic PVC pipe. Thus, the plastic coating was completed.

Herkese merhaba. Bisiklet yenileme projemle karşınızdayım. Bu projede "Dirt Bike" görünümünde bir elektrikli motosiklet yapmaya çalışıyorum. Uzun ve zahmetli bir proje olduğu için aşama aşama sizlerle paylaşıyorum. Önceki videolarda bisiklet jantlarını ve tekerleklerini yeniledim. Disk fren için uyumlu göbekler taktım ve telleri ayarladım. Sonraki videoda ön çatalı "Downhill Fork" olarak değiştirdim. Bu videoda da bir dirt bike ön çamurluk yaptım. Bunun için kullanılmış bir PVC su oluğunu levhaya dönüştürdüm. Tamamen el ürünü bir çamurluk oldu.
Bu videoda da yine plastik PVC boru kullanarak kaput kısmını tamamladım. Böylelikle plastik kaplaması da tamamlanmış oldu.
