Woodturning - Fruit Bowl From Old Walnut Burr

We are Frew’s Wood Turning, and this is our return video after a few years,
What started as a father and son ‘bonding’ activity over lockdown; has quickly grown into the father of the duo taking this on as a serious retirement hobby!
This particular piece is a burr found in the remote area of Spikiness, Scotland, located an hour or so down from Oban; where we have recently moved to our new holiday home.
The scenery around Skipness, looking over the isle of Arran is stunning, and we have spent many a day strolling along the beach as pictured in this video, it was during one of these walks that we found this burr.
