Robert Irwin faces one of his most dangerous jobs yet—removing eggs from the nest of Terra and Bosco, two fiercely territorial saltwater crocodiles. With every step carrying risk, the team moves carefully to collect the eggs while also preparing to add a crocodile tracker for future research. Meanwhile, Bindi works on building trust and training with Percival and Daisy, a pair of Asian small-clawed otters. These playful and vulnerable animals require constant care, and the Australia Zoo’s hands-on otter encounter highlights just how unique they are.
Elsewhere in the zoo, the team turns its attention to Jaya the binturong during feeding time, checks in on the Aldabra tortoises—some of the longest-living animals on Earth, and responds quickly to a zebra showing signs of dental trouble. With a special zebra dental treatment at the hospital and non-stop care across species, this episode reflects the deep commitment of Terri, Bindi, Robert, and Chandler to every creature in their care.
