Sushi-GO (@SushiGO.sg) is a buzzing, fuss-free quick service restaurant offering over 150 varieties of Japanese sushi and desserts. For a limited time, Sushi-GO has launched the Bincho Maguro Matsuri, running now until 8 July 2024. The featured items include:

▪️Bin Toro Tower ($3.90): A luxurious tower of flavours, combining the rich taste of minced fatty tuna with the mild, buttery texture of albacore tuna.

▪️Truffle Ankimo Bincho Tataki ($3.90): Lightly seared marinated albacore complements the decadent flavour of monkfish liver and truffle cream.

▪️Aburi Spicy Garlic Bincho ($2.90): Perfect for spice lovers, the seared albacore is elevated with bold, spicy garlic miso sauce and spicy sauce.

▪️Yuzu Kosho Bincho Tataki ($2.90): Refreshing and zesty, the marinated albacore is lightly seared to bring out the bright, tangy notes of yuzu pepper, paired with wasabi shrimp roe for a unique crunch.
