Recipe
Jelly Ingredients
1. 2 liters (8 cups) water
2. 3 tablespoons jelly
3. 600 grams white sugar
4. 50 grams brown sugar
3 pandan leaves
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Large tray 11 x 11 inches
Small tray 4.5 x 4.5 inches, 1 inch thick
Coconut Topping
1. 1600ml (6.5 cups) fresh coconut milk
2. 1 tablespoon salt
3. 2 tablespoons white sugar
4. 3 tablespoons jelly
Bring to a boil and ladle over the jelly. Let it cool.
