3 Fun Filigree Projects: A Silversmithing Tutorial

This tutorial shows how to make 3 different simple filigree Pieces. The first is a filigree ring, the second a delicate bracelet with some filigree, and finally, a bar pin with filigree and a purplish red faceted stone that I believe is a rhodolite garnet. There are tons of variations possibilities with these, so have fun experimenting! I would categorize these as advanced level projects because of the delicate soldering required. The materials for these can vary, but for these ones, I used 26 gauge sterling round wire, 22 gauge sterling round wire, 16 gauge sterling round wire, 18 gauge sterling round wire, 14 gauge sterling square wire, and 3/16 inch fine silver bezel strip in 26 gauge. As always, I use hard silver sheet solder and My-T-Flux from Rio Grande.
