nerf ofa deku pls

OFA Deku was one of the new characters added in Season 13 2nd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble and he is without question one of the biggest menaces of the season. It just feels like the devs gave him some of everything. He has hard hitting attacks and easy combos, armored moves, aoe attacks, numerous moves with strong tracking, he can beat out others armor with ease, he can make his own cover and comes with two built in tunings (Space Hop and Spiraling Leap) and the list can honestly go on. He just has an overwhelming amount of strengths and I’m hoping some sort of balancing comes through for him come Season 14.
