Garlic 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Mix masala 1 tbsp
Red Paprika 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Gram masala half tsp
Garnish with some Lemon, Onion, Green Chile & Fresh Coriander,
