In today’s review, I take a look at the 1984 adaptation of A Christmas Carol starring George C. Scott. I gave it a 5/10 as a movie and a 6.5/10 as a Christmas movie, so yes… things get a little Grinchy.
We dive into Scrooge’s extreme grumpiness, the ghosts that may or may not haunt my dreams tonight, the incredibly bleak lighting situation, and whether this version still deserves its “classic” status.
