Working as a Receptionist

As a Receptionist with Barchester, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors, so you will need to be naturally at ease with people, professional and courteous and friendly at all times.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities; from answering the phone and managing the reception area, to meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing the home to prospective clients and their families.
