Audiovisual Ambient (Small Eurorack Skiff + Microcosm)

A little ambient Sunday meditation with the mini-skiff and Microcosm.
Painting with sounds and visuals.

Patch is using both outputs from Graphic VCO tuned a 5th apart, into a VCA so the two voices fade in/out at different intervals, sequenced by O&C Sequins. The waveforms are sine and triangle at first, so very little overtones, but phase distortion adds some more texture here and there. Halfway through I switch the second waveform to a FM bell sound for more harmonic content.
Disting Mk4 is used as delay to smear the tones a little, while the Microcosm does its thing at end of chain before going into interface. EQ and light compression done in post.

Visuals are a mix of audio reactive generative elements, processed video, and video editing, with the final assembly done in DaVinci Resolve.
