It's worth adding that other people didn't have quite as many qc issues or defects as I did. I reached out to CDJapan and got a 30% partial refund in points as they couldn't offer an exchange, and I'm sad to say she went right back in her box and I'll likely be selling her. I'm pretty sure quite a lot of people won't mind so much, but as I'm wrapping up my collection I only want to keep figures I am 100% happy with - sadly this wasn't one of them. I've had a lot of bad luck lately, not sure if the hobby is telling me to leave XD
