What are your goals?


Are you trying to build certain areas and


How much time do you have?

Do you enjoy lifting?

Do you have enough loads available to keep

Progressive overloading



You have limitations that prevent you from getting the most out of those movements, so you might need more regressive movements to help you address those areas of training.

Less is more for advanced lifters, people who understand the concept of training at a certain intensity level and can reach that type of failure with heavy loads.


So here is how I would structure my leg day to build quads.



I’ll kickstand squat.

Cossack squat

Reverse lunge

Forward lunge

Toe squats

Goblet squats

Curtsy lunges


I’m working on different planes of motion. I’m working on building my legs muscle and mobility.

Also, a big thing people disregard is that for most people, it’s only trainer competitors who enjoy doing the same stuff for months. Gen-population people try this, and they always end up stopping and starting workouts due to a lack of enjoyment.
