Michelle and Oskar’s wedding at Abernethy Chapel in Portland, Oregon was a perfect fall celebration filled with color, emotion, and heartfelt family moments. The trees surrounding the chapel were glowing with vibrant autumn tones, setting the perfect backdrop for a day that felt warm and romantic from start to finish. It reminded me why I love fall Oregon weddings!

Before walking down the aisle, Michelle and Oskar shared an emotional first touch outside the chapel where they exchanged private vows. It was one of the most meaningful moments of their day and set the tone for an intimate and intentional ceremony.

After their vows, the couple rang the chapel bell while their family and friends cheered them on. Their exit was just as magical as bubbles floated around them while they walked hand in hand toward their reception.

Family played a huge role throughout the day. Michelle’s brother in law stood by Oskar as his best man, and Michelle’s sister supported her as maid of honor. Both fathers gave incredible speeches that had everyone laughing, tearing up, and cheering. Once the dance floor opened, the energy never stopped.
