Mt. Bizan: Enjoy Tokushima City's symbol all year long

Mt. Bizan was named for its eyebrow-like appearance observable on all sides, and has for ages been the symbol of Tokushima City.

Mt. Bizan is 290 meters tall. On a clear day, you can see the Sanuki Mountains, Seto Inland Sea, and Kishu mountains from its peak.
It's also known as a spot to view great nightscapes.

We recommend taking the Bizan Ropeway up to the peak.
It's a six-minute journey from the base at Awa Odori Kaikan.
