We Got a 2023 Kawasaki KX250F… But It Came With a BIG Problem!

We made a trade and scored a 2023 Kawasaki KX250F—seemed like a great deal… until we went to change the oil and the drain bolt SNAPPED clean off. 😬

Turns out, the previous owner had a habit of over-tightening bolts, and now we’re stuck with a broken drain plug buried deep in the motor. In this video, we show the full teardown process, how we removed the snapped stud, and all the tools we used to (hopefully) save this bike.
