House moves to hold Bill, Hillary Clinton in contempt for defying subpoenas

The House Oversight Committee meets to consider resolutions recommending former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be found in contempt of Congress for defying lawful subpoenas.
