The 5-Axis Maching Center MU-5000V provides the power of process-intensive machining and high-speed, high-accuracy cutting through the combination of turning and 5-axis multitasking machining. The fast powerful trunnion table allows simultaneous 5-axis machining and one-chuck multi-sided machining of complex shapes. Ideal for die and mould shops and highly complex aerospace components.

The Titanium 180 from BMO Automation is a high-capacity robotic system for the automatic loading of source material or semi-manufactured products onto one or two CNC machining centres. The automation system comes with a pallet- and product-loading module and uses a very flexible loading system. The operator can load and unload the product drawers and pallets during operation without stopping the production process.

The BMO Jobmanager enables the robot automation to perform multiple jobs in sequence. With the BMO Titanium 180 several product series can be produced in 1 production run making 24/7 productivity without operator intervention possible on the Okuma machine.
