Seong Mi'na can micro-step after 3B to make the 3b:K easier to connect and get close enough to cover techs.
To clarify, I mean that the micro-step makes timing the combo easier, not the just-frame. Normally if you do it immediately the kick will whiff because the opponent is too high in the air. Doing the microstep in this situation means the opponent will be at the right height for the kick, and also moves you close enough to cover all tech directions.
