"This is a month to celebrate. It's a time when there will be experiences of many different things so it's important to set the mind to a place of appreciation, gratitude, and celebration.

Shifts and changes does not equal bad so don't let the mind go there.

With all the things going on it's most important to do the things that feel the best for you. Create the opportunity for clarity and peace as these changes approach and pass through.

We have weathered many storms and this will not be as intense of an impact.

The changes that are taking place have been building up to this moment for a long time. It's nothing new to your system, it's just time for it to happen and stick.

No going back to default mode after this upgrade.

Embrace the process and it will feel easier.

Resist and the body will speak back loudly.

See how it goes and know you've been ready for this for a long time. There is no need to be scared, worried or hold guilt.

Keep moving forward.
