The Batman 2022 cosplay chest and abs armor DIY

In this video I make a DIY chest and ab armor from The Batman 2022 from EVA foam. Hopefully this how to video will help with your DIY projects or inspire you to start one of your own. There is a link to free patterns below if you would like to build one of your own.

assembled chest width (approx): 13.5 inches
ab base waist 33 inch to 36 inch
Materials: 5/16 EVA foam mat for the numbered chest pieces (1-7) and the ab base pattern (1-3). 5 mm EVA foam for the the emblem filler pattern, emblem plate pattern, and all ab accent patterns. 2 mm EVA foam for the emblem pattern, emblem tab pattern and strap accents. Scrap leather (black), industrial strength velcro.
Sealer: Plasti dip
Paints: dupli color charcoal gray flat vinyl coating, testors model paint black, model masters silver chrome
Adhesives: hot glue, contact cement, super glue
Tools: scissors/xacto knife, cutting mat, hot glue gun, heat gun, dremel 4000 rotary tool
