An unfortunate failure. I wanted to like this writing board, but it doesn't live up to its potential. 1) As it is designed to be pocket sized, that tells me you would typically... you know, put it in your pocket. Yet there is no lock switch, so as soon as you bump the button, you've lost any important notes you had on it. 2) The stylus is on the left hand side. As a right-handed person, I find this annoying and uncomfortable (and impractical). 3) Hopefully yours isn't defective like mine, but right out of the box there was an odd vibrant area in the middle 2/3 of the board. This grew over the course of 2 weeks until now the board is not usable except in the upper and lower 3rd. To be clear, I have not damaged it. I have not sat on it nor put it in my back pocket. It has been carefully treated and never abused. The issue was apparent the moment I received it, but became worse with gentle use.
